Frequently Asked Questions
What is in Free and what is in Pro?
Free includes the full terpene library, all guides, Discover, and the Terpene Chart. It also includes favorites, 5 flashcard reviews and 1 quiz a day, and up to 5 notes. Pro removes those limits and adds the sensory journal, collections, the quiz builder and weak-spot deck, study by industry or collection, 90-day analytics, the leaderboard, study pack exports, and study reminders. Free is genuinely free and needs no card.
How does the free trial work?
New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before it does and you keep Free access to the whole terpene library.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and Pro access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Everything you made stays readable and deletable afterwards. On the free plan you can still edit your oldest five notes, journal entries, and collections, and the free daily limits apply to new activity. Reactivate any time and it all opens up again.
Is the annual plan actually cheaper?
Yes, and by about half. Twelve monthly payments cost more than one annual payment, and the annual plan is charged once rather than every month. The exact figures are shown on the pricing page, which reads them from the same configuration the checkout uses.
What happens to my notes and journal if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your notes, journal entries, collections, and study history stay in your account and stay readable. The free plan limits what you can add and edit from that point, and everything opens up again if you resubscribe.
What content is coming next?
The terpene library is expanding across wine grape varietals, coffee origin character, and deeper fragrance accord references. Pro subscribers get new content as it ships at no additional cost.
Do you have a plan for teams?
Yes. Team plans are per seat, billed yearly, for between 5 and 30 seats, and the owner is included without using a seat. Everything an individual subscriber gets, every member gets.
Before you decide
No card to start
The free plan is free, permanently, and asks for no payment details. The whole terpene library, every guide, and the chart are on it.
Cancel in one click
From your billing page, any time. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted when it ends.
Your work stays yours
Notes, journal entries, and collections remain readable and deletable whatever plan you are on, and study pack exports let you take them elsewhere.
One tier, not four
There is no enterprise upsell and no feature held back for a higher plan. Pro is everything, and a team seat is the same Pro.
